October’s work involved livestock feeding in Igatpuri and continuous early childhood education for over 2,318 underprivileged children in Mumbai and Palghar. Project Vidyavan successfully maintained its plantation of over 5,000 native trees.

In February, the Foundation supported livestock feeding in Igatpuri during winter. The “Adopt an Anganwadi” projects in Ghatkopar West were completed, and early childhood education continued in rural Maharashtra and urban Mumbai.

In May, Bhavyata Foundation supported 20 expectant mothers, provided feed for 280 livestock, and advanced Anganwadi projects in Ghatkopar West. The Shrivan Wadi project empowered 10 tribal families with 400 saplings each, ensuring sustainable livelihoods, fostering education, and promoting environmental resilience against climate change.
In April, the Bhavyata Foundation aided 280 bovines in Igatpuri, showcasing its dedication to rural Maharashtra and urban Mumbai. Positive progress was noted in the report cards of 1050 preschoolers. Ten pregnant women receive monthly support with essential nutritional kits. The “Plant a Caretaker” project in the Palghar district fosters community unity, empowering individuals to pursue environmental stewardship and household income.
In March, the Bhavyata Foundation made significant strides in Nashik, assisting 280 bovines. The Foundation continued to create transformative change in lives of 1450 preschool children from rural Palghar and urban Mumbai by way of Holi celebration and annual assessments. We also supported 20 expectant women with nutritional kits and guidance for wellbeing.

The Foundation continues to impact rural Maharashtra(Palghar District) and urban Mumbai communities in early childhood education, impacting through adopted Anganwadis more than 400 children every year. Furthermore, the foundation actively provides access to quality education for underprivileged children in BMC schools in Mumbai. We also supported 20 expectant women with nutritional kits and guidance for wellbeing.
In November, we sustained our mission to uplift communities in need. We provided dry feed to support 280 bovines and 8 Gopalaks in the Igatpuri belt of Nashik. Additionally, we celebrated Deepavali with Balwadi and Anganwadi students through workbook distributions. To celebrate the spirit of Deepavali, we showcased products from tribal village artisans at our corporate partners’ premises, benefiting around 200 artisans through 8 exhibitions, we continued our efforts to make a positive impact on lives.
In September, the Bhavyata Foundation continued its mission to positively impact the lives of those in need. We organized two exhibitions featuring the incredible work of 150 skilled bamboo artisans, promoting traditional crafts and empowering them to sustain their livelihoods. Additionally, we distributed essential grocery kits to support the nutritional needs of pregnant women and conducted Garbh Sanskar sessions for their well-being. Our commitment to social development and empowerment remains unwavering.
In August, we continued our commitment to positively impacting the lives of those in need. We distributed 250 kilograms of essential groceries to 50 needy individuals. Furthermore, in celebration of Rakshabandhan, we organized 6 corporate exhibitions showcasing the incredible work of 150 skilled bamboo artisans. By supporting these artisans, we promote traditional crafts and empower them to earn a sustainable livelihood.
The Bhavyata Foundation has adopted 40 state-run anganwadis, positively transforming communities in Mumbai and Jawhar. They also reached out to 175 deserving students in slums, providing them with mangoes to experience nature. Additionally, they welcomed children to BMC preschools, ensuring access to quality education.
In May, Bhavyata Foundation supported expectant women through counselling sessions and the distribution of grocery kits. We also took a significant step towards transforming the Anganwadi system by installing an electricity connection at the Vakalvadi Anganwadi in Karjat for the first time in 25 years. Additionally, the Sutr Santati exhibition was held at the Victoria Museum in Melbourne dedicated to the restoration of India’s lost and rare traditional arts.
Bhavyata Foundation adopted 40 state-run Anganwadis under the direction of Hon. Minister of Women and Child Welfare, Mr Mangal Prabhat Lodha. Also, we gave away grocery kits along with Garbh Sanskar session to pregnant mothers and dry feed to bovines in Nashik. On the occasion of Holi, we hosted exhibitions at a few corporate partners’ premises.
Bhavyata Foundation caters to enhanced early childhood education to 1800 preschoolers in 21 BMC Schools, Mumbai. As a commitment to ecology, we ensure conscious consumerism for daily utilities to festive occasions.
Bhavyata Foundation caters to education in 37 Balwadi classes (Jr Kg and Sr Kg) at 21 Schools from the BMC from September 2018. In December, we provided 720kg of dry feed to bovines at Igatpuri block of Nashik district. We also trained 5 women for making dhoop sticks from Natural product for their livelihood. A donation drive to support a student for his admission fees. Exhibition in Mumbai was held to support our artisans.
Bhavyata Foundation caters to education in 37 Balwadi classes (Jr Kg and Sr Kg) at 21 Schools from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation from September 2018. Bhavyata Foundation’s team of educators and panel of child education specialists nurture needy and unprivileged children in urban Mumbai.
This year we celebrated our Holi with our little preschoolers with all love and affection. Distribution of snacks and stationery was held at the
schools. Exhibitions were held at corporate premises to display our eco-friendly, sustainable and handmade products.
Bhavyata Foundation supported pregnant women with nutritional kits & counseling sessions in Mumbai. Arambh LMS Beta version was launched as a pilot version with Kavde Math Anganwadi in Mumbai.
We hope to plant 75,000 seed balls in honour of our 75th anniversary of independence by the 15th of August 2022. This month e engaged 30 volunteers to help us make 600 seed balls in Mumbai’s Vasai Fort, followed by a tour of the fort.
For Aarambh LMS Beta version, the teachers’ training session was organised in Nashik. By the 15th of August 2022, we aim to have sown 75,000 seed balls. We had 50 volunteers in our office for our seed ball campaign. This month, we gave 25 nutritional kits to pregnant women in Mumbai.
The following month, Bhavyata Foundation distributed groceries to Jeevan Samvardhan Foundation on account of ‘Poshan Maah’. We also organised a medical camp and clothes distribution drive for needy people. We also provided learning aids and first aid kits for BMC preschools.
Bhavyata Foundation educated 1000+ children in 37 Balwadi classrooms (Jr. Kindergarten and Senior Kindergarten) in 21 Schools for the Mumbai Municipal Corporation. In Mumbai, we provided grocery kits to expectant mothers. We participated in Sutr Santati, which promotes and protects Indian art and textile traditions. Bamboo artisans were supported by promotion of bamboo Rakhis last festive season.
Bhavyata Foundation distributed nutritional pregnancy kits to expectant women in the slums of Mumbai in December. Offline sessions for preschool and life skills was also conducted in Jal Prabhat Nagar, Mumbai.
In November, Bhavyata Foundation organized a Diwali meet-up, conducted online schooling sessions, and did the SAMADHAN survey. We also received positive feedback on Nutrifeedo distribution.
In the Month of September, Bhavyata Foundation organized a webinar Swasthya Samvad which was centred on preventive measures against the disease. We also organized two Teacher Training Programs in Igatpuri.
We distributed RUSF food packets to 7400 children. We promoted sustainable Bamboo Rakhi and organized an Indian Board Game session. We also organized a Teacher’s Training Program and surveyed the condition of local farmers of Igatpuri.
In June, we provided people of Vakalwadi with 500kg of nutritional fodder, a sealer, and a freezer. We also organized an 11 days teacher training program for BMC teachers and Yoga sessions on Yoga Day.
To tackle the 2nd COVID wave, distributed Ayurvedic home care kits. The farmer in Vakalwadi now have their own green fodder for bovines after the supply of water. We also organized online teacher training sessions.
In March, Bahvayta Foundation continues its fight against malnutrition under its initiative SAMADHAN. In addition, we conducted Teacher’s training program, and on Women’s Day, we organized a webinar on Women’s Empowerment.
Bhavyata Foundation organised a teacher training session, webinar on Cancer day and taught villagers the method of making wooden toy. We also assisted in the improvement of rural infrastructure and generate sustainable livelihoods.
A New Year brings a fresh wave of opportunities. We at Bhavyata Foundation distributed kits and sanitation package, raised awareness about women’s personal hygiene and provided training sessions to teachers.
