Education Reform for Schools
Those who believe that education today struggles to offer holistic development of the child, suggest that the focus is largely on the information and not on character-building values.
Emphasis on child-centric learning, joyful and activity-based learning, peer and group activities and enhancement of community participation are some of the successful interventions attempted in the ‘Shiksha Abhiyan’ model. To help Schools align to student-centric models for learning and development, tools and strategy must be in place.
We need help for supporting schools, especially Municipal & Rural Schools for training faculty, library and learning aids.
