We’re looking for a motivated Social Media Specialist to help us reach out to and connect with members of specific virtual communities and networks.By creatively using all facets of the social media marketing roadmap, the aim is to steadily achieve superior customer interactions and increased website traffic and donors for fundraising campaigns.Social media expert should have a firm grasp on how and social media channel operates and how to optimize content for maximum engagement on those platforms.

Skill Sets
- Working experience as a Digital Media Specialist or in social media marketing.
- Consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills are all excellent.
- Demonstrated social networking awareness and understanding of social analytics resources
- Adequate web design, web creation, CRO, and SEO knowledge
- Understanding of major marketing platforms and awareness of online marketing
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and customer service orientation, as well as strong multitasking and organizational skills
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations with fluency in English
Commitment
Minimum of 6 hours per week, maximum of 2 hours per day. No, we will not consume your entire day. Yes, we agree that you need to recharge your batteries and focus on your other responsibilities.
To begin, you must be willing to commit to a three-month relationship with us. Trust us when we say that it will take a few weeks for us (you and us) to become acquainted with our vision, communication strategy, and content style. A three-month commitment will justify the time and effort we both put in to be creative and impactful together.
