We’re looking for a motivated Social Media Specialist to help us reach out to and connect with members of specific virtual communities and networks.By creatively using all facets of the social media marketing roadmap, the aim is to steadily achieve superior customer interactions and increased website traffic and donors for fundraising campaigns.

Social media expert should have a firm grasp on how and social media channel operates and how to optimize content for maximum engagement on those platforms.

Roles & Responsiblities

Develop and implement a social media strategy by conducting competitive analysis, deciding on a channel, benchmarking, advertising, and identifying the target audience.
Create, edit, post, and distribute regular content (original text, photographs, video, or HTML) that strengthens group bonds and motivates members to take action.
Set up and optimize company accounts on each site to maximize the company’s social content exposure.
Make editorial calendars and schedules for syndication.
Continually develop by collecting and evaluating relevant social data/metrics, observations, and best practices and then acting on the results.

Pre-requisites

Working experience as a Digital Media Specialist or in social media marketing.
Consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills are all excellent.
Demonstrated social networking awareness and understanding of social analytics resources
Adequate web design, web creation, CRO, and SEO knowledge
Understanding of major marketing platforms and awareness of online marketing
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and customer service orientation, as well as strong multitasking and organizational skills
BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations with fluency in English
